Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival , Check in hotel in Ho Chi Minh city ( No Meal )

When you arrival HCM airport, Pick up from the airport to hotel in HCMC. Arrive Hotel, check in hotel, get welcome drink.  After that you are free to visit HCM City by yourself.
Note: Check in time is 13:00 P.M.

Night 1: Overnight at Liberty Saigon Riverside hotel or similar

Day 2: After having Breakfast, you will join Mekong Delta full day trip ( B/L)

HCM – My Tho – Ben Tre – HCM ( start 8.00 – return 17.00 )

Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields. On arrived at My Tho, visit VinhTrang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view thestilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit& honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music“, performed by locals.

Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy& observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.

Day 3: HCM city tour half day (B)

We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, (optional Ben Thanh Market – only drop off).

Night 3: Overnight at Liberty Saigon Riverside hotel or similar

Day 4: HCM and Hanoi. (B)

Check out hotel in HCM city and get flight from HCM to Hanoi. Arrival Hanoi, pick up and transfer to hotel in Hanoi- Overnight in Hanoi city (B)- Free time to discover city by yourself.

Day 5: Hanoi city tour full day trip (B/L)

Hanoi Capital is located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil HoanKiemLake at its heart, Hanoi is the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. North of the lake are the bustling streets of the Old Quarter, each street named after the trade that used to take place there. Sightseeing with a Local Guide; water puppets performance; visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Presidential Palace, and Temple of Literature.

AM: 08:00 – 08:30: Pick up at your hotel (join tours will free pick up all points in Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. We then continue on to the QuanThanhTemple (Taoist – dating from the Ly Dynasty) and the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on the West lake (One of the oldest pagoda in Vietnam). Then visit Bat Trang pottery village (apply on Mon, Wed & Fri). Lunch at local restaurant.

PM: After lunch we’ll proceed to visit the EthnologyMuseum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat), the LiteratureTemple and Quoc Tu Giam. We’ll also see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 –  it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. We will take you past HoanKiemLake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. For the last part of the tour we’ll journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Tour ends around 15h30 – 16h00.

Notes:

• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum close on Monday and Friday morning.
• The itinerary can be changed due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions.
• Special request (diet or vegetarian …) should be sent before your departure date.
• Water Puppet show for Deluxe option only, a traditional performance that dates back as far as the 11th century in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam. Then the tour will finish around 16h30 – 17h00.
• Bat Trang pottery village will be visited on Mon, Wed & Fri (without EthnologyMuseum). EthnologyMuseum will be visited on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat (without Bat Trang pottery village).

Night 5: Overnight at Apricot hotel or similar

Day 6: Check out Hanoi hotel and join Halong Overnight with Premier Vspirit cruise ( B/L/D)

After having Breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up at hotel and start for Halong tour.

A two day, one night cruise to Lan Ha Bay on V’Spirit Premier Cruise is a perfect choice for those who want to explore a part of the Halong Bay area that still maintains its primitive natural beauty.

09:00 – 09:30:             Pick-up at your hotel near by the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

12:00 – 12:30:             Embark the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at Cat Hai port. Savor a welcome drink and cruise briefing.

13:00 – 14:00:             Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers outside the windows.

15:15 – 17:15:             On sampan boats, some residents of the bay will show us their home by taking us to the Dark & Bright caves, two gorgeous caverns with a vast and enclosed lake on the other side. Swimming is also available here.

17:00 – 18:45:             Return to the V’Spirit Premier Cruise to catch the daily spectacle of a gorgeous sunset, as well as happy hour at the bar. Enjoy the cooking demonstration put on by our talented chef as they give you an insight into Vietnamese cuisine.

19:00:              Along with a fantastic dinner, we have a very special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room. Before you retire to your cabin, perhaps you would like to head to the bar, the spa or join the crew for some squid fishing.

 
Day 7: Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Caves – Hanoi (B/L)

06:00 – 06:30:             Begin your new day with the Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by our onboard Tai Chi teacher as the sunrise greets us from behind the mountains.

07:00 – 08:00:             Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.

08:15 – 08:45:             Experience some fantastic kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen in order to know more about their life and how they work every day.

09:00 – 11:30:             Return to the ship and sit down for a lovely lunch buffet, on our approach to the harbour.

11:45 – 12:00:             Stepping off the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at the harbour, we board the bus and head back to Hanoi.

14:30 – 15:00:             Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

Day 8: Hanoi – Trang An Bai Dinh (B/L)

On this day, you will join Trang An Bai Dinh Full day trip.

07: 30 – Our guide will meet you at your  hotel/stay and start  100km modern bus-journey through verdant landscape of country side. Short-brake en route.

10:30 – Arrive Glimmering Bai Dinh  pagoda complexes, the largest pagoda, not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast of Asia. Scenically set on the foot hill of  Dinh Mountain surrounded by amazing views of the exquisite river valley  below and dotted and the limestone karats dotted around which will take your breath away.

This pagoda complexes stunningly  boast a array of the most massive and magnificent architecture of Vietnamese tradition refined ever built that it take a full day to explore all. So you will visit some of the highlights that owned the national:

• 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats)
• 2 huge bronze bells, one weighs 27 tons, other weighs 36 tones
• Three bronze statues of Tam The (50 tons each)

The visit ends with a walk-up the summit mountain to see the 100 tones statue of Buddha Sakyamuni made of bronze and enjoy the panoramic view of picturesque landscape dotted with limestone mountains.

12:30 – Enjoy a fabulous buffet lunch in a Vietnamese restaurant with some special dishes such as goat meat, pork storage vessel….

13:30 -Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields.

Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle.

Embark on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous  caves: Hang Toi ( Dack )  cave, 320 meter long, Sang  (light) cave, 90 meter long, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking wine) cave, 250 meter long…  Every passages bring new surprise of  mystery hidden inside isolated valleys of tranquility that likely transformed to the other world and time. The fauna and flora is rich and a scene of a goat jumping from one cliff to the other is a common sight.

15:30 – Leisure  cycling on rural roads alongside the extensive canal network and through small villages with back drop of a maze of limestone mountains.

16:30 – Take the returns shuttle bus to Hanoi.

19:00 – Drop off at your hotel/ accommodation’s door steps in Hanoi Old Quarter.
